Great experience Dr. Konz makes the experience of going to the dentist a good one. There's Starbucks coffee and other beverages if you want them, the opportunity to win free fluoride treatments or sweet treats by participating with the office on social media. There are paraffin baths for your hands, a warm neck pillow, and a plethora of entertainment options (music, TV, etc.) when you're in the chair. I have been a patient of Dr. Konz's for many years and when I had to see another dentist this past January because of my new work schedule I truly missed the excellent customer service I have always received at this office. I returned just last week and was so happy to get the warm and familiar reception from Dr. Konz's team, along with the over-the-top treatment I have always been given.
