I am always greeted with exceptional service during my visits at Dr. Nicosia's Dental Office! He Helped with a somewhats serious issue a couple of years ago, and following his advise and care from him and his staff, I have been fine ever since! Brittany is a very friendly and thorough hygienist too!
My recent visit was typical...warm courteous reception; prompt and efficient treatment by friendly and skilled hygienist; efficient checkout including prompt (and rewarding) insurance follow-up.On this occasion, I had misplaced or used up my premedication pills and the office provided them so I did not need to reschedule. Bottom line, I cannot imagine a better experience (Given that is a dental appointment, after all).
I had a cleaning on Monday. During my visit I met with the Receptionist, Hygienist, and Dentist. I was very pleased with the services received. Everyone was professional and helpful. Maggie was also very helpful answering some questions I had about dental insurance plans. I have always had a good experience whenever visiting Nicosia Dental.
Always hated going to the dentist even for a routine cleaning but everyone here is so nice. They treat you like one of the family. Going to the dentist is actually not all that bad.
I went in for a 6 month cleaning and Kathy noticed I had a filling that was about to cause a problem. I was given an appointment the next day and now I'm all set. You guys are AWESOME! Merry Christmas!
