Notice most the reviews are not current reviews. If they were the truth would/should be told. The current manager is unfriendly and rude. Unless you are one of her favorites. Manager has no problem getting away with Discrimination here at Park David. Park David has had community cats for years. Residents have always fed and watered these poor cats. I lived at Park David for over two years. It was a great place to live. I had wonderful neighbors. I moved to a co-op to have cheaper rent, but would like to return to Park David. Others have mentioned the facilities: Pool, Exercise Room, Pool Table. When I was there Covid was the issue. Shannon was wonderful to deal with, as was the maintenance crew. Someone mentioned after hours repair. One night, on a very hot night, my a/c went out. The maintenance man on call came to repair the unit at 11 PM. He was wonderful. I really ... read more

I've been here for over 3 years. Maintenance is extraordinary. Serious problems such as no heat of stopped toilet are dealt with almost immediately even at off hours. Although it isn't assisted living, Management does a valiant job dealing with physical disabilities and early stages of dementia or Alzheimers. Sure there are some imperfections but nothing that really affects the quality of life.
