It’s taken me a while to find a great dentist in LA and I have finally found one. Dr. Cruz is fantastic. On top of making sure my teeth are healthy, she has also done some cosmetic work on my teeth. She is thorough and a perfectionist. I know I’m in good hands with her.
Horrendous experience. They waited 9 months to let me know that my insurance was actually out of network all of this year, despite the fact that it was in network years prior, even though I checked everytime I came in and even had them confirm the prices of the work I had done. Then they claimed it was my fault for not knowing that my insurance was all of a sudden not covered, and charged me for everything. I am very pleased with Dr Park-Cruz. I hadn't seen a dentist in over ten years. I went to her and she did a perfect job adding composite to protect 4 of my front tenth where gum line had receded and the dentin was exposed. I recommended her to my wife. My wife had several very expensive procedures done by dentists near my home. Dr Park-Cruz performed similar work with superior results and at a more reasonable cost.
I no longer go to this office cause I moved out of state and as I’m looking for a new dentist I was reminded how AMAZING Dr Park-Cruz is which lead me here to review. The attention to detail and care she gives is an understatement. She truly cares about the health of your teeth and mouth. My cleaning and exams were never rushed she answered all my questions and concerns. It’s going to be hard to find someone to replace her! 10/10 would recommend!
Dr. Park and her staff are incredibly compassionate and talented. I have been coming to Dr. Park for about two years, and she has always treated me in a way that makes me comfortable and knowledgeable of any services I receive. Highly recommend.
