The staff are friendly and professional. However some of some of the property is an eye sore and in desperate need of renovations. Maintenance is courteous and do a good job of keeping the property as clean as possible unfortunately they have no power over the needed renovations.

They have endless roaches and rats. The management team is awful and worse when you want to move comes up with all kinds of charges for you to pay.
Amazing property, the staff cares about you and the grounds are amazing
Drugs gangs poor customer service roaches loud music all night and Hispanic abuse in neighboring apartments
