I just moved in on Saturday August 8th and my downstairs sink was leaking because there was a rusted old pipe, my bathtub was leaking all over my bathroom floor, my shower head didn’t work, there is a broken blind in the master bedroom, my sons closet door is broken, and the roof in my laundry closet is literally breaking due to water damage. RecommendedI'm not in there just yet but from what ibe seen so far and all the extras they put into your experience living their is absolutely amazing extremely friendly staff, an a beautifully maintained inside as well as outside... I'd give in 10 out of 5 stars
