RecommendedFantastic location. Well managed. Well maintained complex. Plenty of parking with sun-covered parking available for small extra monthly fee. Very quiet with extensive lawn area and three beautiful lakes . Two spring training /minor league baseball complexes and Fort Myers Airport within 10 minutes drive.

We’ve been residents since 2015 and we absolutely love it. It’s super quiet, cute and spacious plus the staff is amazing!

Keli at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. Maintenance will come inside your apartment without your consent. There's no point of reaching out to the property manager April because she will just take their side. I regret moving here and I'm currently looking for a new apartment.
Nice pool, professional and attentive leasing office staff, efficient maintenance team and spacious apartments. Also an awesome location location!
Everyone from front office, maintenance staff, and including other residents (both two legged and four pawed) have made us feel at home. Love living here.
Very well kept community & very friendly staff at the leasing office. Been living here for 3 years. Very close proximity to local shopping and beaches.
My sister and I live here and we are very happy Nadine is the bomb!so helpful and nice we plan on staying as long as we can
