I've lived here for 2 months and had a great experience. Like others have said, the staff (Ms. Jones and Christian, the maintenance guy) have been very responsive and friendly. Here are some other things I love: > Location right by Roosevelt Center is THE BEST. I walk to the pool, to get groceries, to the movies, on local trails, to get dinner -so much. > Not many complexes have 2 bdrm in this area - so grateful Parke Crescent has this option. > The townhouse floor plan makes it feel much bigger than it is.. > Hardwood floor... read more
My apartment 203 building 9D and I have been without AC for a couple of days like my thermostat is up 84 degrees in here and I have 3 fans and they are not doing the job period. They so press to want your rent money but they can't fix problems that need to be done because it's only one maintenance guy for the whole complex which is unacceptable cause they to cheap to hire other people to help him.
