My apartment 203 building 9D and I have been without AC for a couple of days like my thermostat is up 84 degrees in here and I have 3 fans and they are not doing the job period. They so press to want your rent money but they can't fix problems that need to be done because it's only one maintenance guy for the whole complex which is unacceptable cause they to cheap to hire other people to help him.
I've lived here for 2 months and had a great experience. Like others have said, the staff (Ms. Jones and Christian, the maintenance guy) have been very responsive and friendly. Here are some other things I love: > Location right by Roosevelt Center is THE BEST. Lived there for 1.5yrs and had a good experience. The apartment was clean. Maintenance fixed stuff when needed. Our unit had a washer/dryer combo which didn't work great, but at least we had one in-unit. We didn't use the fitness center which was small, but amenities weren't really important to us. Good location and it felt safe at the apartment. Overall solid experience.
The location and the apartment are great, but it's the staff that really make the apartments feel like a community. They're responsive and attentive when we bring up any maintenance issues we find and work together with us to find solutions if there's a problem with something. Ms. Jones and Christian are wonderful people and have made us feel very welcomed. :)
I would like to thank Christian for his professionalism & always coming to fix any problems I have in my unit as urgent. Thank you Christian for your service highly appreciated.
