Ms. Cheresa Jones is a fantastic landlady. Prompt with communication and understanding when, once in a blue moon, technology gets in the way! Right in the middle of Old Greenbelt with a professional maintenance staff, I recommend it highly. My husband and I have lived here for years; that should tell you something!
If you need an approachable ready to listen and act person in your apartment, parke Crescent got you because they have Ms Jones as the property manager. She took time to listen to my needs as a stranger in her office and was so kind and loving in the way she responded and so fast to have the apartment readyas I ran short of time before reportingto my new workplace.
