We have had all positive experiences here. It has been a great apartment complex. Any questions we have via email are answered timely, it’s a quiet area, no drama that we have seen. We love everyone we have talked to in the office, they are so helpful and kind.
Cheaper to own a $200,000+ house without even paying a down payment than rent a 3 bedroom apartment. Roach problem. Did not get deposit back. Forced to move into renovated apartment for complex to make more money, even though new apartment was not ready, given single day to move and charged for power and water at both new and old apartment. Given conflicting statements by management on bills before moving vs. after. Dogs defecating everywhere not enforced. Parking is always tight. Super nice staff. Grounds unkept regularly. Not able to hear neighbors unless your in the breezeway. Love living here.
