I had a great experience ordering with this company. I had to order twice and both times it was an excellent experience.
This is a horrible company! They double charged me (twice charged in a two-day period) for a mistake they blamed on the surgeon. I have been waiting more than two months for a refund and have called and texted several times. Each time I get the run around. They say, "I cant help you--that has to go to a different department." They don't give me a phone number for that department. They don't work with drug insurance companies (because "it causes too much work,") so I had to pay full price.
