Dr. Park never did a thorough check up. My yearly check ups took about 30 seconds or less - I never felt like I was getting my money's worth. The worst part I would have to say was the Customer Service by far. The girl at the front desk, Mary, was extremely rude and unpleasant. They made a mistake on a couple of my bills - THEIR mistake - and she was horribly disrespectful to me. Very cleam office, nice staff, nice atmosphere. He did a thorough job with cleaning and didn't seem to intrested in squeezing money out of me.
Dr. Park and staff were awesome!! Dr. Park was so kind and understanding, even though I was so nervous. I have not smiled in 25 years, and now I can smile with confidence. I was so worried about pain, and I didn't feel a thing! I would highly recommend him!
Very condescending, insensitive, offensive and rude. Tells me to "be a man and deal with the pain!" I'm a Vietnam vet who's had major medical problems most of my life and I know first hand what pain is.
