I love my Lincoln Nautilus, but the customer service is horrible...I have been trying for a week to get someone to call me back or set up appointments for things...they have no regards to my time. They say they have above standard service...I wish they showed it...call people back when you say you are or if you say you are going to have someone else give a call back make sure it happens.
