3 year resident. I am eager to move out, and I would not recommend moving in. The buildings at charles plaza are very old, there are persistent maintenance issues, and rent increases apace with no acknowledgement of the lack of quality living we assumed we’d get when signing the lease. The headline issue is that the few elevators break down consistently and the staff makes stair access difficult or impossible. A new era in Park Charles Someone defecated on the first floor!!! This was right in front of the elevators that you have to wait forever because they never work. The waste wasn’t cleaned for 24 hours. The management and community at their peaks. Such a nice place to live
