Here is a list of everything wrong with Park Charles as of the "new management" change: 1. No one in management (building manager or property manager) can seem to answer an email or phone call even after you were followed home by a stranger who made it to the CAMERALESS back door. 2. Building manager is more worried about looking cute then actually engaging with her residents or for that matter getting back to them EVER about an issue 3. Somehow having had a recent worst rental experience has made me appreciate all of my past homes. Park Charles was one of them. I enjoyed my time here! Staff was really friendly, sound insulation was great, and I was happy with the security measures given rough neighborhood. The grocery store right outside is a big plus too! My only complaint would be that it used to be kinda toasty in winter but you could always keep the windows a bit open.

I love this apartment and lived there for 6 months in 2022. The apartment was super spacious and well maintained and was one of the best apartments I ever lived in. Be careful though, of the horribly expensive water bill. The window views on different side of the building are also very different. (Sadly I didn’t get to live on the beautiful side :( The management team was also very disorganized and said contradictory things all the time.
