Great place to live. Recently moved from NYC and love living here so far.
In Belmount it's dirty. Our front step was always covered with a black mud from water bouncing up from the rain. They came and sprayed it off once but it didn't help. Lots of dog dropping around our back porch and the person above always dumps dirty liquid from above and splashes onto our porch. Air cond broke down a lot.
