It is a very nice place unfortunately the apartment management will not do anything with neighbors who cause extreme noise eg pounding to where the apartment shakes, yelling, etc. until 11:00-11:30 pm in the night .
Pros: Nice location. Close to bus lines, Webster street restaurants, park right across the street. Cons: Noisy! walls, floors & windows are very thin. You can hear everything. Right on two busy streets, so lots of traffic noise too. So if you’re looking for peace & quiet, this isn’t the place. Management is slow to respond. Many messages get missed.
I loved living here for 4 years! Nice neighborhood, close to beach and former Navy Base which is a cool place to explore. Great restaurants. Safe and good place for kids. Apartment manager is wonderful, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!
Pros: Fair price, great location (close to park, beach, farmer market, restaurants, post office, banks, library, bus stops), well maintained backyard and share spaces, nice neighbors, responsive and friendly apartment manager, nice closet storages. Cons: small space, can be noisy.
