Some background music in the waiting room would be nice. Much too quiet in there.
I am very pleased with the care I am receiving at PBH in Decatur. I went to another facility in my area and felt like I was a experiment because they couldn’t get my medications right. The last counselor that I had their seemed like she didn’t have much experience with adult problems. My counselor here at PBH not only is listening to the train wreck my life has become, but she’s giving me the tools to get things back on track. Highly, highly recommend!!! Such a joke. It took everything I had to reach out for help and they won’t even see you without a referral from a doctor. Then after they get a referral they said I could get an appointment 6 months later! This is probably why our suicide rate is so high.
Forgot me now...councler are unhappy and leaveing due pay atleast couple have told me thats reason their leaveing Plus Cant keep councler to find out basicaly were most of them lattly are just before finshing school or just finshed but got do so many hours.Now forgotten me.They were to find me new councler 3 wks ago. Forgotten. Great feeling NOT... Mark i talked to beging of Oct about issues. As i let him know 2 councler in past 10 yrs have brought up money being part of reason less pay why leaveing..
