This was the only place open and I'm glad we settled for it. I had The Godfather and it was God-f*cking-delicious. The best burger I've had possibly in all my life.

Solid burger. I was impressed that the bin just came off the grill and was hot to the touch. I came in for a quick burger and they did not disappoint. Bacon and provolone with the meat cooked to medium rare. Tasty.
We came in from out of town with a party of 12 and the owner took great care of us all. The food and atmosphere was good. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a family place to eat.
So good! I have Celiac and this came up on a list of gluten free places in Oakland. When we arrived and saw a smaller hole-in-the-wall restaurant, I was worried they wouldn't be super knowledgeable about gluten, but the woman who took our order (possibly the owner?) was extremely knowledgeable and I got a GREAT burger and feel great. It's so fun to find gluten free hidden gems! My husband also enjoyed his gluten-filled burger!
