called facility because i needed assistance with something i stated to the woman that picked up why i was calling and she told me to hold on with attitude. i hear as she is passing the phone to someone else complaining i have an accent and does not want to speak with me. i get passed to another woman called janie who was able to help me and did not have issue understanding what i was needed help with. i do not feel this is a way to be treated and i feel very disrespected and wanted to share.
