It's a nice park but still many things missing like there should be a place for work out like in the park of Garfield Ave also if they would add something like bicycles would be great like citybike
They dont work with you and always find a way to make your life impossible. Make sure not to lose you house key ($150), garage remote ($300) or get locked out of your house ($100)! $500 pet fees plus an additional $50 a month. If you need to break out of your lease, pretty much you wont be able to so just know that ahead of time. Truly inflexible staff. Gorgeous building though, just needs new management. Totally a shady business.
