This property is absolutely perfect! The lush trees and beautiful landscaping truly make it feel like a park. The renovated units are stunning, and I can’t wait to live here. Heidi is the best manager I have ever come across. She is kind, thoughtful, and made the entire process so easy. The tour was wonderful, and the online application process was smooth and simple. She communicates so well and really helps every step of the way. I honestly wish I could rate Park Ballinger even higher. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Heidi was unbelievably helpful and made moving in so easily and stress free, I’m so excited to live here!
Common areas are always dirty, with trash often left on the ground and in front of apartments. Parking rules are not enforced even though we pay for a designated spot. Laundry room is consistently dirty, and the pool is not properly cleaned during the summer. There are exterior cameras, but it’s unclear if they are actually monitored since nothing is ever addressed. The property is advertised as an amazing place to live, but the reality after moving in is very different. We are seriously considering moving out.
