I’m so disappointed with the the new owners of these apartments I’ve been living here for years as other tenants have as well, they’re are remodeling and so they can jack up rent and make us the older tenants pay more when it comes time to renew our contracts they tell us we have to pick a new apartment that is available and already remodeled and pay more and take no consideration that we have been living here for years! This property is absolutely perfect! The lush trees and beautiful landscaping truly make it feel like a park. The renovated units are stunning, and I can’t wait to live here. Heidi is the best manager I have ever come across. She is kind, thoughtful, and made the entire process so easy. The tour was wonderful, and the online application process was smooth and simple. She communicates so well and really helps every step of the way. I honestly wish I could rate Park Ballinger even higher. Highly recommend!
