lots of room for what you pay.its a good place to live i have lived here for about a year now and i only have one complant.if you have kids and pets this is a great place because a big majority have both which i have a small dog the only downside to Park Avenue is there is no playground for the little ones to play so you have to always keep your eyes out because since theres no playground they just use the parking lot as one.
