I was there for three years with no problem and all of the sudden I couldn't get pass the gate. I called for three months, left notes in the box, and texted and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I was still paying also and I had to realize my stuff was gone. The one lady that works there IS NEVER THERE.
They don't answer the phone all the time. Its hit an miss.
If I could give it less stars I would. This place sucks! Nobody is ever here or available. Who runs this place? Why aren’t there set business hours? Even if it’s just a few days a week. I bet if I withhold payment someone will call me back finally
