Kelly and John come highly recommended. I tried using two of the larger Real Estate companies' local realtors and was basically ignored. When I was able to finally get a hold of my realtor I was treated as if I was bothersome (at best). I have purchased 3 houses in the past and never had such a wonderful experience as with Kelly. Kelly was extremely Professional, always returning my calls within 30 minutes or less. In addition she was there within a hours time for my needs when wanting to view a house at the last minute. I know house hunting/buying can be a real nightmare for people but working with Kelly Matelic made it seem so easy. She was available when ever we wanted to see a house, or if I ever had any questions she was there to answer them. Not only did she find us the home of our dreams, she was able to sell our exsisting house within a week. She’s smart, and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Kelly and John are the ONLY realtors we will ever deal with. They are such amazing people, hard workers, always available and eager to help. They are very honest and trustworthy and just want to make sure you get the best deal for your money and that you are truly finding the best home for your family. My wife and I were transitioning out of the military and had a short time frame to work with. We found one of their listings on Zillow and called. They responded to our call immediately and the next day they were showing us that particular listing along with several other comparable listings in that area. I can across Kelley while looking at Homes on Zillow. I inquired on a home I liked and the response was very quick. She had a couple showings that day so her Husband John happily showed me the first few homes. A week later I found more homes I was interested in and Kelly made it happen that day. Kelly was quick, knowledgable, helpful to me as I was not knowledgable of how different ways homes were listing affect the buyer at closing. Kelly and John are fantastic! They sold my house in a week. They respond quickly to every question and kept me updated throughout the entire transaction instead of ignoring me once the house was sold-like many agents. I would highly recommend them when selling and buying!
