Kelly was awesome. She went above & beyond, from squeezing us into last minute showings to putting in an offer on the house we absolutely loved. Kelly was very responsive and very knowledgeable every step of the way!
Kelly helped my family sell my mother’s condo during a difficult time for all of us. She came in with a strategy and sold our mom’s condo in one day bringing us multiple offers. The closing took place in less then two weeks. We needed to do some weed pulling before the listing went up but because I work late Kelly did it for me! I can’t say enough about how professional, responsive and efficient Kelly was at selling our home of over 60 years when mom passed away. It required a little extra administrative effort to manage the process as 5 brother and sisters were involved, but Kelly was constantly following up to insure a quick sale at above asking price and holding our hands right through the closing. I choose her based on her reviews and now I know why they were so good, she is excellent at what she does.
