Too bad – I feel heartbroken for the patients there, especially the memory impaired ones. My Dad was there for a very short time ( 5 days). I had to take him home until I found a nice Place in wrentham for him.
WORSE NURSING AND REHAB IN MASS – Run away from this place, even you have to drive some extra miles to find a good place for your family. Neglects, abuse, nursing managers and don cover-ups. They don't feed most patients who are dependent for eating even worse on 3-11. I observed the supervisor and cna's watching TV, while a resident is crying in the hallway to go to the bathroom, I had to open my mouth for that patient .
Fast recovery Thank You to everyone at Park Avenue – My mom went to rehab at Park Avenue after having a knee replacement at Lahey. The Rehab was wonderful and she home again in in 10 days. Although parking was limited I was usually able to find a space in the visitor parking. My mother was given a beatiful we... read more

Loving Nursing Home – I had my grandmother at Park Ave for short term rehab recently. This facility is very clean, friendly and family oriented. The care was wonderful and rehab was amazing! My grandmother is now able to walk up her stairs at home and can live independently again. I cant say enough nice things about them! I highly recommend Park Ave!!
Look around before choosing Park Av – Nursing attendants run this place and they are mean and lazy. They put the food in front of the patients and walk away, even if the person can't feed himself. I wonder why the food is still on the tray when they take it away. There are better nursing homes in the region.
