The friendly and courteous service and the food quality.
I eat here almost weekly and every time it has been above and beyond what is expected.
I had the quiche, Huevos Rancheros and water. The quiche was so dry and bland. No flavor whatsoever. The Huevos were lacking in flavor as well. It was more like a dish of cheese than anything else. For $25 for a small saucer size serving of both dishes, I couldn't be more dissappointed. It wasn't worth the price at all. I definitely won't be returning or recommending this place.

Very much recommend this place. You get the fine dining treatment at very reasonable prices! The good was fantastic! A great place to impress a date, or to grab lunch on the run at work! Very open and welcoming, the staff was very attentive and inviting. I'll definitely be back!
I came to Park Ave. Grill to hear Edgar Cruz, but the brunch was so good, I came back that evening for dinner. Best grilled pork chop I ever ate.
