Meh. In the year and a half I lived here, rent raised twice. They're overpriced apartments. Trying to get into the place to begin with was a mess because the management is nice, but disorganized, scatterbrained, and poor at timely communication. Then once we were living there, trying to get someone to repair things was frustrating and usually never happened. Luckily, we never had an emergency repair. Overall, the apartments are nice, but not worth $945 and not worth the hassle.
