Awful customer service. I left a message a month ago for the doctor about a diagnosis with a voicemail and also with the receptionist and never got a call back. They had automatically set up an appointment for me beforehand- and left a voicemail about that. I called back to tell them I would be taking my businesses elsewhere after never hearing back from the doctor and I get a snotty "okay."

I just want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Dr. Schmeider and his phenomenal team at Park Avenue Dermatology! They delicately, skillfully, and precisely removed Basal Cell Carcinoma from the end of my grandmother's nose. I am simply floored by the professionalism, tender care, and absolute regard they showed towards my grandmother and me! *If you need any dermatology care in northeast Florida PLEASE CALL THEM as they have SEVERAL locations!They also take care of my father, my daughter and me.

The doctors are quick to see their patients. They are really professional and are extremely knowledgeable. The only dermatologists I will ever see. I used to be a patient of Dr.Schmeider when we were both in the Navy. I am so delighted that he opened up his own practice. But it doesn't matter who you see, he selected the very best. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a really good dermatologist, choose "Park Avenue Dermatology".
Dr. Sarah Ferrer-Bruker and her staff are always attentive, courteous and informative. I have now had 3 appointments at Park Avenue Derm under Dr Sarah's supervision and each time look forward to going back. So far the results of the treatments I have received are fantastic. Dr Sarah also monitors the visits I have with my aesthetician at the practice and I leave feeling refreshed every time.
