RecommendedI lived here for about three years and absolutely loved it! Great location--close to downtown but also not right in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. Great amenities and the apartments are very spacious. The staff is very professional and have a fast response time. Brittany in particular was amazing to work with! They even have some events for the residents which is great to meet new people. I highly recommend it to anyone!
The property managers are great. Brittany specifically is amazing to work with and super kind. The apartment complex charges renters insurance (which is totally fine) but we have our own renters insurance that we pay for each month. We have sent copies of our renters insurance in multiple multiple times, but each time I log in to pay the rent each month there is a charge for there renters insurance. It’s annoying. Our stayed was great, they only reason we left was cause our apt was not remodel, and the location communication with Brittany was amazing she was always able to solved and fixed any issues with had, wish i could say the same about the manager, she was bit rude, couple times i went to ask questions she preferred to continued her personal conversation instead of helping me, honestly she was not my favorite person to deal with, the place needs some touch ups, but is pretty quiet, great is you work from home,
