Well. I've lived here 4 years. And it's had its share of problems. But now the property value is skyrocketing because of our location. So the owners are putting a fortune into getting this place up to speed. It's had revolving management over the last 4 years. But as a resident for 4 years, I'm not going anywhere! I work 24/7, and am only focused on making this property better. It's my heart. I live here. So expect things to get massively more amazing. And fast. I guarantee it
Just had to open the pool myself is all...took about 30 minutes...but then I could relax....and work
