I lived here for a year and had absolutely no issues. Staff is on top of it. They were extremely attentive to maintenance requests and maintaining the grounds. Very pleased with my year at Park Ave ☺️
This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I’ve lived in four other ones here in Gainesville. The staff are respectful, professional and communicate well & quickly. When I had any maintenance issues, they were resolved QUICKLY and completely. The complex itself is clean and I’ve never felt safer at any other apartment besides this one. And the pool?! INCREDIBLE! The best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Ajax and Cheyenne truly care about providing a wonderful living experience and it shows.The property is always maintained beautifully; I loved going to the clubhouse and the gym to study and workout. The maintenance crew was also especially wonderful at fulfilling our requests respectfully, accurately, and efficiently. I could not recommend Park Avenue enough!
I’ve been living here for over a year. The apartment complex is well maintained, the staff are professional and prompt in communication, and the maintenance team does an amazing job. Also, a very friendly place for dogs. I believe the complex had a management change a few years ago. There were a few comments in the reviews I was worried about before moving in. Management and maintenance are exceptional — responsive, professional, and a clear level above any other apartment I’ve lived in. The grounds are consistently well-kept, and the amenities are clean and enjoyable. The only drawback is the fitness center. While it appears well-equipped at first glance, many of the machines are poorly designed, awkward to use, and some even feel borderline unsafe in their movement mechanics.
