RecommendedI have a family member that has lived at Park Avenue Apartments for a few years and I just wat to say that the staff has been so great to work with! Melanie is a real pro at what she does and even better she cares. Brenda was awesome when the first lease was signed as well. The maintenance staff is also great. Thank you to everyone at Park Avenue for all you do!
City officials should be doing something to require this company take care of the infestation before it spreads any further. This is disgusting and the place should be closed down if the management is this bad of a slum lord. Good Landlord Program??????
The whole place got bedbugs. It was in Ogden standard examiner. Been having them there in most units for 3yrs. Let's move the meth whores n homeless there. Lmfao
My friend lived here for 6 years and the new owners (Diamond J) are slum lords. It's completely infested with bed bugs from the top floor to the bottom floor and they refuse to do anything about it. No laundry services because they will not fix the broken washers and dryers. There's no AC in the summer (you'll get a nice space heater for the winter months). Maintenance is horrible (no response or they're too busy to get to it). They say it's a no smoking environment but there's people hanging their heads out the windows smok... read more
