I don’t do Facebook but after moving out of here I created a Facebook just to make this review to help other people so they don’t get robbed! STAY AWAY!!! Money hungry. They do not help you with anything and are not nice people.
If i could give a negative star report i would! Do not rent here!! Bugs are insane! Staff not too helpful, some very rude! End your lease and wont renew! For no reason - just cuz the can according to the very rude young “lady” (term used loosely) in the office. Revolving staff doesnt know you. Horrible response to any maintenance issues. Very bad complex - save your time and money and stay away - far away from here. Too many good complexes in tampa to deal with these folks!
This apartment complex is awful. Roaches, hornets outside of our stairway and porch. Do not consider this place! Everything fell apart as soon as we moved in. They were also extremely rude when my sister posted a review. Calling “us dirty”. I have no idea how a business professional could do such a thing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This apartment complex will do anything to get your money. They are infested with roaches and hornets nests are everywhere. I lived here for a year and was right across the street from the leasing office. It was such a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone! The prices are low but it’s for a reason. The apartments are old, falling apart, and smell terrible.
First year we lived here it was fine, second year was awful. Do not move into 11613 N 50th Apt 104 it's INFESTED with roaches. We kept calling and asking for pest control. Literally did nothing. We couldn't even have spices in one of our cabinets because there were hoards of roaches in there. I attached photos in the comments just to give an idea of how bad it was.
I have been here for a good amount of time - 2012 if I remember correctly - and Park Avenue and their staff has always been helpful, friendly, courteous, and timely. Never an issue with management or maintenance. Fabulous all around. It's obviously not the most luxurious apartment complex, but it's amazing and I love it here. Sadly I'm moving, but only to move across the country. If I could take Park Avenue with me I would.
