Always flooding I have been a flood victim here for two years in a row and both times recieved little to no help from the staff or office officials, on top of losing almost all of our belongings they evicted all the flood victims and made everyone reapply! You best believe the only help here is towing anyone who forgot to put their temp parking ticket. Unhappy past Tennant We used to love living here. Then the flood happened. They must have been desperate for tenants because they moved in just anyone. Now their are vacuums and mops and trash on their porches. No one must work because they stay up all night playing loud music and they hang out in parking lot. Women move in and then later move in their other family members and boyfriends. Drugs being sold and done in the woods. Teenagers hanging out all night by cars and playground. NO PARKING and inconsiderate staff. I have a babysitter come watch my son several days of the week while I'm at work... tenants here choose to park in the very limited VISTOR ONLY parking even though they have parking permits . This causes my babysitter to park in the tenant parking without a permit and get towed. Has Happened a few rimes now , not to mention it's 300$ to get a car from the tow yard they work with. Homesick Tennant I can't wait to get back home. We flooded in May. We are waiting on renovations. Peggy is amazing, and so is Tony and the courtesy officer. If you can be patient until all work is done this is an awesome place. I tried looking for a new place but they are either dumps or too over priced. I lived there for nine years and go by every day. I can't wait to get back home. Our townhome is nice, affordable, and quiet. We didn't have bug issues. To all my neighbors waiting to get back home I hope to see you soon.
The absolute best This apartment community has the best staff, the best and most spacious townhomes that are reasonably priced, the best interior and exterior amenities, a beautiful sparking pool, spectacular fitness center and workshop. We are in a great location right next to The Woodlands and everything is conveniently located. We even have an awesome Cajun Restaurant who delivers!
