I’ve lived in three different units at this complex since 2023, and that alone should probably say enough. When I first moved in, I’ll be honest, I had some assumptions. I currently live here and the place is awful. I saw one person compliment James on here but I saw him smoking weed outside the mailboxes one time, he probably bought it from the drug dealers that live here. They covered it up by now but there was bullet holes it the staircase next to my house for the longest time I don’t know what happened but I’m not surprised. I lived here from 2019-2023. The first year was absolutely amazing, sadly things began to change when my unit and both next to me became infested with roaches. I reached out to the office and was told they would exterminate. After a year of dealing with the ungodly amount of roaches I began keeping all my food/dishes in the fridge and used zero cabinet space as there was roaches crawling on my food and dishes. I wish I never left. I lived here for almost 10 years but had to move. The buildings are very outdated but they do a nice job of making sure the inside is up to date and the community is very quiet most of the time. James is wonderful and will send someone out if you ever have a maintenance request.
