I currently live here and the place is awful. I saw one person compliment James on here but I saw him smoking weed outside the mailboxes one time, he probably bought it from the drug dealers that live here. They covered it up by now but there was bullet holes it the staircase next to my house for the longest time I don’t know what happened but I’m not surprised. People have died here I’ve seen a few people say maintenance is good, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They never come out here even when you need it the... read more
Neighbors were screaming as I was walking by. Did not seem like a nice place to live
I’ve lived in three different units at this complex since 2023, and that alone should probably say enough. When I first moved in, I’ll be honest, I had some assumptions. From the outside, I expected the usual concerns: slow maintenance, bugs, safety issues, or unresponsive management. I was very wrong, and I’m glad I didn’t judge this place by its cover.
