Moved here in 2015 without seeing the apt in person (very nerve-wracking) and I've been here since! Love my apt, my neighbors and the wonderful staff who are always friendly. Also -- maintenance is always prompt and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live!

I have lived at the Park at Riverdale Apartments for almost 2 years and couldn't recommend it more! Haven't had single problem living here. The staff are amazing, & have treated me like family since day 1. If something needs to be taken care of- they are on top of it. The grounds are kept clean and pretty. Awesome location! I love my apartment at The Park at Riverdale. Feels like home but looks like I'm on vacation! 😍

It's the ONLY place to live in LR, if you have to rent.. Speaking from several years of experience, The Park is definitely "one of a kind", and I do honestly tell anyone that may ask. It's definitely MY paradise- with the pool and the fountains? You can't get that just ANYWHERE ! Ps. Julianne, I did not know until TODAY this beauty was on FB! Kudos to YOU!
