Moved in with several issues with a unit that prevented fully moving in, the management team picked up my frustration and mobilized maintenance quickly and ensured issues were resolved by following up daily.
Moved into apt 3361B on Monday 9/8. It is extremely disrespectful that they would expect a tenant to pay for an apartment in this condition. The amount of urea and ammonia in the air from the dog urine is toxic. I complained of the intense smell of dog urine every day since I've moved in. I tried being polite in the beginning but it took them 5 days to send someone to the apartment for review. All of this time I stayed with friends because the apartment was uninhabitable.
