I have been feeling very content here at Palm Valley Apartments it is now a good place to live people are so nice and respectful and management is to maintenance is always on prompt timing when it comes to our request thank you Palm Valley

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THE MOST DISGUSTING APT COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN. I am elderly and they have a roach and wood rat infestation going on right now that destroyed all most of my furniture. I kept telling the office but they would not help and kept giving me excuses. I called the health department on them and they were fined for how bad and deplorable the living conditions were. I then was evicted for reporting them. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS U LIKE ROOMMATING WITH ROACHES AND WOODRATS.
