Valerie had an excellent customer service, very professional. The model apartment A/C leaking, no doors in the apartment (Bedrooms, closets). They have bad reviews about higiene, roachs, insects, bad maintenance service, security of the complex, etc I really liked the price for 2 Bedrooms and the apartment distribution works for me, but I hate roaches and lack of higiene. I truly enjoy living in this area and feel very happy with the size of my apartment, as it comfortably meets my needs. The community amenities are a great benefit, especially the pool and the clean, well-maintained laundry room. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff, including both the office team and maintenance personnel, who are always helpful and contribute to making this a pleasant place to live.
Rebecca is always going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. Whenever there is a problem she definitely is a rescue for help.
