I usually don’t write reviews but feel a duty to warn others when it comes to this place. BEWARE! RUN! Don’t do it! I wish I would have seen the reviews of this place before putting my sons in an apartment here. The complex used to be under a different name which hid all of the dirty truth about this place. The advertising pictures they show you are nothing but a bait and switch tactic. You do not get an upgraded apartment as pictured, you get a story that they are “improving units over time” but my kids were there for 15 mo... read more
Maintenance was here the morning after I made the request.
My AC unit is out dated. Only keeps the living room cool if that. Bedrooms are ALWAYS hot, i have to have a constant fan on, blowing into the bedrooms. It gets hot and muggy and I'm paying more in electricity trying to keep the air down then if the AC unit would just be replaced. They said they came and fixed it yet nothing was changed. Wait I'm wrong, they changed the air filters. I turn my air on and it shoots to 85 before even going down. Not to mention almost none of the wall plugs work and I have to flush the toilet a m... read more
