The women at the front office are WONDERFUL!!!! They are so polite and attentive. I only had one issue and they tried to do their best to resolve it. Someone moved in with roaches and we had to leave. As I sit today 1 year later, I received an email letter stating I owe $1132.31 for a full carpet replacement. We took great care of the carpet and lived there for 4 years. No stains, burns, holes just normal wear and tear.
