My wife and I applied in March 2025 looking for an apartment they charged us 300 dollars that were supposedly refundable, we did not qualify for the apartments and that money was never returned to us, we went on several occasions and they told us that they were not going to return the money and it was never like that, be careful when you are going to apply in that condominium

I only lived in this apartment community for four months, unit 105 to be exact (move-in April 2025), and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During my short stay, I began noticing rats infiltrating my unit. This was alarming and unacceptable, especially considering I had not been there long and kept my home clean. Been here in a town home going on 5yrs. I can say the management now is the best they’ve had so far. I haven’t had any issues with them. They seem to be making sure the property is being kept up and trying to keep the complex safe with a working gate and security. Previous years we never had that. I’ve never had roaches or rats in my place ever like others mentioned in the past.
