Tatrice and bri were EXTREMELY NICE and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL with my move in process for my son and I!!! The neighborhood is quiet and SAFE!! They keep up with the trash so it’s not over flowing and they are currently fixing the gate! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone in need of help getting a place FAST! No place is perfect but I will say this complex is great for the rent price they are asking! My aunt lived here for 7 years and she never had a complaint!!
Avoid renting at this apartment at all cost because if you ever decide to leave they will create damages to charge you for or slander your name for example the tried to charge me carpet damage from a pet . I never owned a pet in my life nor did I wear shoes on the carpet.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here a year and it was the worst. I had bee's constantly coming in my apartment I don't know how they took months to come out. They don't fix anything the ceiling so low you and touch them. The wall bump after a while they start to turn brown from mold. They have different maintenance man every week. They all look homeless.
