Horrible Place to Live I lived here while I was in college and it was the worst place I have ever lived. My car was broken into many times and you could hear gunshots almost nightly. The rent was cheap and the property was in need of a major upgrades. If you can help it you should not live here.
Worst apartment complex to stay in land lord lies on court files papers. No one be in the leasing office to pay rent or get help for maintenance. Mold growing in every part of the apartment. Nothing has been fixed and wrongly evicted on charges of lack rent but I had rental assistance but Ramp didn't have money to give out

My experience out there was terrible. I was there for 3 months & I called literally everyday for them to fix my toilet & they never came. One day my toilet flooded due to the sewer being bagged up & no one came to fix it until I called the people who manage the apartments.
I would not suggest this place for anyone.They have not been gutted out,they are only a few newly renovated,there is no laundry facility.Most of the buildings are roach infested.The gated community is a lie the gate hasnt been working in 8 months.The security noone ever sees them.Also there is no internet service,it causes a virus.Dont move in!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! Have you seen their new look. Living there has been great for me. I enjoying the low rates and helpful staff. Even enjoy my neighbors Thank you guys, hope you stay living there too.
I can say that this a property that is reasonable but is not safe. Your complaints will not be handled in a timely matter. The management is unprofessional and rude. If there is a problem your business is known by everyone. The Park at Autumn Ridge is not worth rating and I will not recommend anyone to move there.
