I find that since the Park Apartments has come under new management, things are looking up. The new management has started painting walls on all the floors, a new cleaning company is coming in, and we have new maintenance people and a new office manager, all who take our problems seriously and quickly find a solution. The apartments are big and very roomy as well as some having a great view. I really enjoy living here at Park Apartments. It's great to be near the Lofts coffee shop, restaurants, banks, shops and the Vern Riffe Center.
