This is my husband and my first apartment together and it has been so perfect. The staff is so kind and helpful!
I’ve lived in Park Apartments for the last three years. This was my first place of my own and they made everything understandable. The staff has always been on top of issues, and the maintenance team has always been amazing and quick to respond to issues, even when my sweet menace of a cat got into the wall panel! I’m thankful for this to have been my first solo home. :)
We have only been living here for less than a year, but all the staff is great. They are quick to respond when issues come up, which they rarely do. They take good care of the grounds and of their residents. It’s an incredibly nice apartment that would go for hundreds more elsewhere.
If you’re looking for a place to live, I would not recommend this complex. Upon move-in we found a cracked ceiling, a broken microwave, water damage, and the entire unit smelled like cat and dog urine. Construction outside our windows went on basically all day, every day, making it impossible to get peace and quiet. Inside wasn’t much better — the AC broke more than five times, letting the apartment get up to 87 degrees.
