We really like Park Animal Hospital in Provo, Friendly to all customers, no matter 2, 4 or more legs. They truly love what they are doing and my dog, even though a little shaky at first, warmed up fast to Dr and RN. Staff is respectful of time space. You and your pet are met with a smile and wait time is very short, if any. Clean welcoming office w some products and treats. You get a printout w anything Dr discussed, prescription and receipt of care given.

Took a very young kitten I found in Idaho stranded and got great service and wellness check with shots, they were very nice but a little expensive. No problem. Then my daughter had about a six month old stray from a batch of kittens in our neighborhood but couldn't keep him in her apartment so we took him. After making an appointment they called and said they couldn't see him or even give him a worm shot even though he wasn't feeling well unless we put him in a shelter for a week or so to see if someone claimed him. Im really conflicted about this one. I've had some really good experiences with this place in the past. I really like the vets and their prices are very reasonable. With that said almost every time I've gone in lateley the waiting room has been jam-packed. My dog has aggression issues so this is a big deal. The staff were very understanding of his temperament, however he's had to be sedated twice recently for surgical procedures and both times he came out with severe clippers burns. My pet and I had been a patient of this practice for over 6 years. Although I cannot speak to what changes specifically occurred, I can say they are changes that make the experience worse than it would be at another practice. Like others mentioned, my animal was recently (Feb) treated here but improperly. Rather than hear me out, communicate effectively, or consider taking any accountability for the neglect/malpractice which occurred in-office, I was forced to file a dispute with Visa. I called in for some info on the prices as soon as she answered the phone mind you without introducing herself or anything she places me on hold for over 10 mins. Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional not a welcoming vibe.
