My pet and I had been a patient of this practice for over 6 years. Although I cannot speak to what changes specifically occurred, I can say they are changes that make the experience worse than it would be at another practice. Like others mentioned, my animal was recently (Feb) treated here but improperly. Rather than hear me out, communicate effectively, or consider taking any accountability for the neglect/malpractice which occurred in-office, I was forced to file a dispute with Visa. I called in for some info on the prices as soon as she answered the phone mind you without introducing herself or anything she places me on hold for over 10 mins. Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional not a welcoming vibe.
I brought my cat Apollo here to get him checked for his excessive thirst and urination. Unfortunately, he has diabetes. Gonna start treating it immediately. My experience at Park Animal Hospital was great! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful! And the girl at the front desk went way above and beyond by cleaning up after my cat as he can't control his facilities while being transported in his pet carrier. My dog had a very bad reaction to her normal vaccines. I brought her back in and they took really good care of her and honestly saved her life.
