My dog had a very bad reaction to her normal vaccines. I brought her back in and they took really good care of her and honestly saved her life.
The service here has declined. They will not help a sick dog without an appointment two weeks ahead
Took a very young kitten I found in Idaho stranded and got great service and wellness check with shots, they were very nice but a little expensive. No problem. Then my daughter had about a six month old stray from a batch of kittens in our neighborhood but couldn't keep him in her apartment so we took him. After making an appointment they called and said they couldn't see him or even give him a worm shot even though he wasn't feeling well unless we put him in a shelter for a week or so to see if someone claimed him. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and basic checkup. They cleaned her ear, ran a lab, and sent us home with ear medication that I paid a significant amount for.
