There kind of expensive.
My experience is the same as the reviewer below. This place is run on autopilot or remotely because no one is ever present. We were exemplary tenants for years here while my son attended SCAD. Now that he has graduated, I cannot get a return phone call or return email to give our notice to vacate. I agree--this office is never staffed, and I have provided my notice of intent of non-renewal of lease with no response after daily messages left for them and multiple emails.
