I’ve lived here for about two years now and I’m sad to leave. at first it was hard to get ahold of the leasing office which made the process for resigning difficult and difficult to get anything done with old management from 2024- mid 2025. Since hiring new employees afterwards like Savannah and Rose they have gone above and beyond to make this apartment complex better for all of us. I lived in these apartments from April 2024 - March 2025. Pros: - The apartments look great on the inside. - The price compared to other places in Savannah was decent when we moved in. - Tacos and Tequila and Kroger are within walking distance. Cons: - The management is almost non-existent at this location. Would have to call or travel to the Grove (their other location) to get anything done. - The apartment was not ready when we moved in (picture of messed up wall), and we had the apartment held for almost an entire month p... read more
