My unfortunate experience with this apartment complex started from the very first week I moved in. First, I was given a useless key, and despite multiple attempts to contact the office for a replacement, the response was always, "We're working on it," or there was simply no one available in the office. It's hard to understand what's going on with the management here, as it seems like there have been multiple changes in staff already. The management is very poor at handling issues. Phone calls are almost never answered and emails are not answered. The office was empty of staff for almost the entire week. Be aware that they will try to add more fees when you move out.
