Moved here from Hollywood, Fl a year and a half ago. Absolutely love the choice. Love the area and how its close to everything, Publix, lots of restaurants, retail shops...even the mall is only a couple of minutes away. The pool and grill area are clean. Huge gym with modern equipment and best of all is the friendly and helpful staff and maintenance crew. Greg has been awesome to deal with. Extremely responsive and always makes sure to follow up. Love it here and just renewed my lease!!
I've lived here for a few years now and I absolutely love it!! Everything is new, clean, and modern. It's extremely convenient to my work, Starbucks, Publix, restaurants, and the mall. Not too far from downtown or the beach either. The amenities are great - beautiful pool and updated gym which is usually fairly empty! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. I would recommend it to anyone!

We moved here from the MIdwest and lived here for over a year. Although I don't always like the Pinnacle Management Corporate policies (prices are high although perhaps in line with the market in the area), the local office management staff as well as maintenance staff is terrific. They really care for their tenants. The grounds are lovely and the location very convenient to everything you need. We enjoyed living here and highly recommend Park-Aire to those looking for a great apartment community to call home.

I moved in April this year and am absolutely in love with the community, staff, and location! Couldn't ask for a better place to live. I thought living in a nice place like this the community would be annoyingly strict..I was wrong! They are super lax and helpful. I've enjoyed taking the kids to the pool and gym with me. Walking my dog in the dog park! Greg and greg are super super helpful! Love this place!
