I moved here at the end of September and I'm very pleased with my decision. The community is only a few years old, so everything is still very new and in good shape. Nice modern feel inside the apartment itself. I especially like the kitchen island and nice counter tops. The location is fantastic as well being that it is right off 441. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Greg and Amy in the office are super friendly and helpful as well. Overall, highly recommended!
Great amenities and very family friendly community.
I moved here in August and Park Aire is conveniently located near stores, and restaurants. Near to main roads, so it's easy to get around. The staff at Park Aire is great. They're friendly, quick, and responsive. The apartments are very nice with spacious kitchens and high ceilings.
Park Aire is a wonderful and beautiful place to live in. My Son and I have called Park Aire home for over 3 years now. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. They care about their residents and this community. It shows. I love my apartment and I love living here. I would highly recommend Park Aire for your future home.
I have been a homeowner all my life up until 2014. I sold my home and moved here. I was somewhat apprehensive about living in an apartment but thought I would/should give it a try. I could not be happier with my decision. This is an absolutely beautiful, well kept, friendly, safe community. The management and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful. I moved here with my family in October it has been everything we expected and much! The amenities are absolutely amazing! The maintenance is terrific and the office staff is fantastic! I absolutely love it here, and I intend to be here for at least the next 3 years, raising my young family.�
