Last two times have a been so slow. The line tonight was out the door. Only one person at the desk. Unable to find cars. Took over 30 minutes to get my car.

Absolutely awful! Waiting 25 minutes in 100 degree heat and the driver was RUDE!

Do not use this overpriced place. Only one truck and waiting for over 15 minutes for the solo bus to pick us up. Should've parked at the airport long term parking. Pathetic. We were told another bus will begin at 4:30.

Worst experience ever! Over one hour wait time to get picked up at the baggage claim. When you travel with young kids that is the worst. Going Economy parking would have been much faster and easier. Plus, when I tried to talk to a manager about the wait time they offered nothing nor an apology. The car windows were down and it was freezing. I asked them to provide the keys so my husband could pack up the kids and turn on the heater and they refused. I will never use them again.

I don't often Post! But this deserves it. I my chaotic haste to exit my car at drop-off, I accidentally left a pair of my favorite summer, strappy sandals :(((. I called their desk to be sure they were actually in the car on not on the curb. The lady from Park Air suggested that a driver could bring them to me. I had allowed plenty of time for boarding my flight. I ran back out to the curb and a very successful handoff transpired. Many, many thanks to all of their Wonderful Staff
