Called at 5:33 pm today for shuttle. Called back at 5:55 was told would be there in 3 min. At 6:05 the shuttle drove right by us as it was Clear full so couldn’t get on. Called back again and the shuttle finally came 41 min after I originally called. Temp with windchill is 25 degrees. I’ve been using park air express for about 10 years but I’m done. They dug through stuff in my car and treated it poorly. I have it all on dash cam.
Had to wait over an hour and called multiple times. Never again.
RecommendedThis service made our trip so much easier!!! Checked in and to the airport super quick, and the same getting back from the airport and getting our vehicle back!!!
Horrible experience! We entered the address to Park Air Express and it took us to the airport terminals! Once we got there the workers moved as slow as molasses. By the time we got our car checked in, bags loaded, and to our terminal... we were told at check in that we had missed the cut off and would need to reschedule our flight. Now we are sitting at an airport with literally no places to eat or do with two young children for 5 hours. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.
Had a marvelous experience today! Left a snow covered car last Friday with 2 enormously heavy bags.Both drivers were sweeties! Returned today to a clean car waiting for me in the front of the building. Love!!
