We will NOT be using this business again. Yes, there was an ice storm in KC the day we arrived, but to have a lobby FULL of people waiting for their car is ridiculous. They ask for your return flight info, but apparently didn't think to review the number of people who would want their car. Families have been waiting over 90 minutes...there's no excuse for this. Bring in more people to prep the cars! Also the women working the counter have terrible customer service skills. We will pay more to park elsewhere.

***DO NOT USE*** I've used this place many times to park my vehicle but will not be doing so in the future. I dropped off my vehicle on December 4, 2017 and picked it up on December 10, 2017. There were supposed to detail it but instead they half way washed it and left bugs on the front. Additionally, they backed it into something causing $1,600 in damage and are refusing to pay to have it fixed. Even worse, their claims department wasn't even professional enough to contact me regarding the damage before the denied my claim.... read more

Worst place to keep your car. We waited for over an hour for them to pick us up. We even had other companies stop to ask if we needed help because they saw us standing there for so long. Don't waste your money.

Waited 50 minutes to get picked up. Had to call 3 times. The first 2 calls, I was told they we re in the way. My 3rd call they tell me they only have 1 bus on duty and they just got to base so it will be another 10 minutes. There is a reason they have only 2 stars. They are horrible with customer service, they lie to you and you still pay the same price, for their screw up and lack of customer service. This place is a joke. I made a reservation online for a 4 day stay and signed up for the deluxe cleaning. My car was supposed to be washed, dried, and cleaned on the inside. Once we landed, I called to have them pick me and my mom up. We waited for 20 minutes! Three shuttles passed us and would not stop. Once we finally got to Park Air Express and I went to pay, I noticed she didn't charge me for the cleaning service. I asked her about it and she told me the car was not cleaned. We called and gave ample time to have our car ready. When shuttle arrived, car was not there and was told in an unapologetic tone "sorry we're busy, it happens". Then we waited and waited while numerous other people came and went. Then we were told "oh your car is in lot e, they're getting it." We waited and waited til the point of losing our cool when they said they couldn't find the keys. Not one employee there knows the meaning of customer service or how to diffuse a sticky situation. DO NOT PARK HERE! They are understaffed for the holiday season. From my first call to getting in my car was 3.5 hours and other customers waited longer.

Worst experience ever. Been here over 2 hours and paid. Won't bring up car and won't give us keys to go get vehicle either. Lobby full of people. It's zero degrees outside and I can see my breath in here.

I have been a customer for YEARS but sadly today might have been the final straw for me. The last few times I have been there the service has become slower and slower. Today was the worst though. 6:45 am on a Tuesday morning, one of the busiest times for business travel and they only have one person checking in cars and one shuttle running! So annoyed!
