RecommendedWe have lived at Park 9 for three years now and it’s been such a wonderful experience! Everyone at the office is incredibly helpful and has taken care of any issues quickly. Landscaping is maintained beautifully and most importantly, we’ve found it to be a safe place for the kiddos!
Very nice apartments. Friendly staff. Dog friendly and kid friendly! The parking could use some work but theres not much they can do! Above all we love living here.
Park 9 Apartments are wonderful. The location, amenities, but most of all because of their staff. Everyone is personable, efficient, and most of all kind. The combination of these intangibles is no easy task! I would recommend them and their property to anyone. They make you feel like your are home!
I have lived at Park9 for a year and a half and love this place!!! The staff, complex and apartment are simply the best. The staff is always there to help and have a true appreciation for their tenants. The maintenance crew keeps the complex grounds and pool area super clean. I cannot say enough about my apartment, modern everything with a spacious garage. Oh and the location is perfect too, close to downtown Woodstock without the traffic!
Staff is incredible! Apartments are nice and well maintained. Love the updated look and amenities. Being close to the interstate and the outlet mall is very convenient.
Perfect place to live for anyone! Everyone is nice and respectful, both residents and staff. Everything is clean and organized. Overall, great place to live and perfect location. I highly recommend.
I loved living in Park 9, excellent staff that you can go to for anything! Great amenities such as the fantastic gym and pool. Everyone that lives there is so nice and welcoming!
Awesome community! Love the pool during the summer and the fire pit in the winter! Office staff is great and quick to answer questions or fix any issues.
